At TCG we know the importance of setting the tone for a successful project with intentional, organized planning. One of the most exciting parts of the construction process is helping our clients develop a vision for their site and structure. Equipped with a solid vision, our team of architects, engineers, surveyors, and interior designers work together to produce plans that will serve as the foundation for the project. Our Estimators rely on those plans when forecasting costs and communicating with everyone involved. At TCG, we place a great deal of emphasis on planning because we believe it sets the tone for the project, allowing the preconstruction process to flow seamlessly into the construction. Each project is assigned a manager who begins executing the client’s vision by breaking ground on what was once just a concept. The Project Manager will continue to oversee the work until it is complete, ensuring the process is smooth, from concept to completion.
